Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Production Associates for our clients in the Robinson, IL area. Now Hiring: Production Associates Pay: Pay: $17.00 per hour ( Weekly Pay) Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 6 am – 4 pm Position Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to producing quality products while following safety procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate Machines Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts Record all defects and scrap Record pieces produced Complete all required paperwork Housekeeping Practice safety at all times Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor Assemble components Visually inspect all components to detect non-conformance Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory Perform 5S duties Hand assembly Requirements: Must pass a background check Must pass a lab drug screen Must have reliable transportation We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
