Nuclear Medicine Technologist

This position requires a Nuclear Medicine Technologist working Tuesday through Saturday. Candidates with two years of experience are preferred. First-time travelers will not be accepted. Weekend requirement depends on block schedule. Floater duties may be required to cover multiple locations. Ratios maintained are 1:2. No call duties are expected for this role. Required skills include proficiency in various nuclear medicine procedures and protocols. Experience with the EPIC documentation system is necessary. Flu vaccinations are mandatory unless exemptions apply. References must be from authority figures and dated within the last year. Medical staff must have experience in drawing venous blood and starting IVs. Candidates must comply with safety requirements, including isolation precautions and handling radioactive materials. Applicants should demonstrate competency in performing various imaging studies and stress tests. The hiring facility has specific guidelines regarding background checks and educational qualifications.
