• Office-based role with interaction with the production floor
• Supports HR, accounting, purchasing, production, and management
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Occasional overtime may be required

Job Description
In this position, you will provide administrative and clerical support in a manufacturing environment. You will maintain records, assist managers and departments, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, handle mail, and greet visitors
• Maintain employee, production, purchasing, and accounting records
• Support managers and department heads with administrative tasks
• Assist with scheduling, reports, and deadlines
• Support HR with onboarding, timekeeping, and attendance
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and data entry
• Help with shipping documents and delivery scheduling
• Communicate between the office and production floor
• Follow company policies and safety requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
