Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks. Research prospective clients and qualify sales leads in Momentus. Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials. Assist with venue tours, client site visits, and follow-up communications. Support event logistics before and during special events. Assist with planning the MLS Special Events Conference Conduct market research and attend networking events, venue tours, and hotel visits to build industry relationships. Assist with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and data entry. Collaborate with Catering, Event Management, Operations, Facilities, and Marketing teams. Provide exceptional customer service and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Professional, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to GEODIS Park.
