7p-730a, Weekends as Needed. Travelers will be 1st to float - can midshift float- can float at any time during shift to different units and facilities, whenever there is a need.

• Meridian ED: busiest in Idaho, no trauma
• Boise ED: receives pediatric trauma patients

• Nampa: generally lower-acuity ICU patients

• Travelers typically assigned feeder-grower patients

• Typical ratio: 1:8–10 patients
