Multiplatform Ops Coordinator - French & English

Behind every show that streams smoothly, on time, everywhere in the world, there's a coordinator making sure it happens.
Paramount's Global Franchise Operations team in Amsterdam is looking for a full time Operations Coordinator to join the team. The team prepares, processes and delivers content to streaming and non-linear platforms worldwide, keeping clients and internal teams around the globe happy with content that lands exactly where it should, exactly when it should. 

What will you be doing?

Your role:

• Be the go to contact for clients and stakeholders, keeping communication clear, quick and helpful
• Prepare, process, triage and troubleshoot content so it's ready for publishing, every time
• Juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of quality or deadlines
• Spot issues early, sort out the straightforward ones yourself and know when to bring in the right people
• Keep documentation, trackers and Jira tickets tidy enough that anyone could pick up your work
• Get hands on with systems like Whats'On, PTS, VMS and other tools that keep content moving
• Play an active part in a global, cross functional team, sharing ideas and helping the team keep improving
• Step in on new launches, onboardings and workflow changes as the business grows

What are we looking for?

Operations Coordinator profile:

• Fluent in French and English (required)
• Italian language skills are a plus
• Communicates clearly, directly and honestly, and treats everyone with respect and fairness
• Is a proactive self starter who can prioritize their own workload
• Is persistent and resourceful, driven to get things done
• Has an eye for detail and a genuinely organized mind
• Takes deadlines seriously
• Brings an open, positive attitude and doesn't shy away from a new challenge
• Is willing to learn new tools and technical skills
• Builds strong relationships across teams and cultures, with real emotional intelligence
• Stays flexible and adapts quickly when priorities shift
• Has a passion for media and entertainment and a curiosity about how it all comes together
