Technical lead - FEA, ANSYS, Abaqus

As a Technical Lead specializing in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, and ANSYS, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of projects related to Finite Element Analysis using software such as Abaqus and ANSYS. Your role will involve providing expertise in analyzing structural and mechanical systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of FEA projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts involved in fea projects Utilize abaqus and ansys software to conduct complex finite element analysis simulations Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design enhancements Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines Stay updated on industry advancements in fea analysis, abaqus, and ansys techniques Train and mentor junior team members in fea methodologies and best practices Skill Requirements Proficiency in finite element analysis (fea) methodologies Strong experience in utilizing abaqus and ansys software for simulation and analysis Knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering principles Ability to interpret analysis results and derive actionable insights Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team Other Requirements Professional certification in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, or ANSYS is a plus Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
