The SLR Recruitment Coordinator connects individuals to their perfect career choice at one of our assisted living companies throughout New England. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing job postings, pre-screening candidates and referring applicants for positions throughout the company. They must possess considerable skill in screening resumes and interview techniques, and be proficient in personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen applicants for a variety of front line roles across SLR communities Coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule finalists for on-site interviews Manage job postings on SLR's Applicant Tracking System and all relevant job boards and social media platforms In coordination with communities, manage background check process, occupational health, and reference checks for all newly hired associates Serve as a liaison with all applicants, remaining in frequent and professional communication Strategically partner with the Recruitment Team and communities on hard-to-fill positions Assist with administrative needs for all on-boarding of newly hired associates WORK SCHEDULE: Full Time: Monday-Friday business hours in-office at Braintree, MA with flexibility for some remote days after completion of onboarding training PAY & BENEFITS: Annual salary starting at $55,000- $62,000, based on work experience Our comprehensive standard benefits program starts on the day of hire and includes paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, complimentary life insurance and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with a company match.
