If you’re an experienced outpatient Physical Therapist who enjoys patient care but is tired of the corporate side of physical therapy, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

A long-established, independently owned South Shore practice is looking for an experienced PT who wants more autonomy, competitive compensation, flexibility, and a place where they can actually see themselves staying long term.

This is not a position where the employer is trying to hire as quickly as possible.

• $120,000 starting base salary - This is a true base salary for the right experienced Physical Therapist — not an “up to” number dependent on hitting bonus thresholds.

This is an independently owned practice where leadership is present, accessible, and directly involved in the day-to-day operation of the clinic.

You’ll have a voice in the practice and substantially more flexibility than is typically available in a large corporate environment.

Clinical autonomy

There is an expected normal caseload, but therapists are not managed through constant corporate productivity dashboards or pressure to maximize billing metrics.

An established patient base

You are not being hired to build your own caseload from scratch.

This is a long-established practice with multiple team members who have been there for 10+ years.

What does the patient schedule look like?

This is not a strictly one-patient-at-a-time treatment model. Patients may overlap during their treatment sessions.

Candidates are given a clear picture of the clinical model before interviewing so they can decide whether it fits the way they like to practice.

Schedule - Full-time is 40 paid hours per week.

Schedules are not treated as one-size-fits-all. The employer is willing to work with the right clinician whenever reasonably possible.
