Ingredient Team Associate

We are currently hiring for an Ingredient Team Associate to support a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for handling, organizing, and distributing raw materials used in product formulation while ensuring inventory accuracy and cleanliness throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize raw materials into proper bin locations
• Replenish and restock products while confirming inventory is stored in the correct locations
• Assist with distributing raw materials using BatchMaster and paper records
• Record and update inventory information in the ERP system
• Follow inventory control procedures and assist with inventory counts as needed
• Assist with scrapping raw materials and other materials when required
• Clean shelves, floors, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, GMP standards, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow written instructions and inventory procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PPE & Dress Code Requirements

This position requires daily use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including:

• Face mask
• Hairnet
• Beard net (if applicable)
• Safety glasses
• Gloves

Candidates must be willing to follow all dress code and safety requirements while working in the facility.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Repetitive use of hands, arms, legs, and feet throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach above shoulder level and below the waist as needed
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
