• Refurbishing used paper mill machine components
• Performing TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding on stainless and carbon steel
• Reading blueprints and fabrication drawings daily
• Assembling and rebuilding machine parts
• Conducting your own quality inspections
• Measuring and verifying dimensions using tape measures and protractors
• Maintaining high standards of precision and workmanship

✔ 3+ Years of TIG, MIG, and Flux Core Welding Experience

✔ Experience Welding Stainless & Carbon Steel

✔ Ability to Read Blueprints and Technical Drawings

✔ Strong Fabrication and Assembly Skills

✔ Experience Using Measuring Tools

✔ ASME Certifications in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core Welding (Preferred)

✔ Exceptional Attention to Detail and Quality

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday

4:15 PM - 2:45 AM Monday-Thursday

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
