Body Shop Manager

Job Title

Hours: 8a-5p M-F

Primary Function

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to lead a high-volume collision repair facility.

Essential Job Function/Duties

• Manage large staff – you'll be the person responsible for leading and training the staff, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines
• Production – you are responsible for moving cars through the shop quickly while maintaining the highest quality and customer satisfaction
• Customer Service – you are responsible for ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their experience

Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Great communication and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Current valid driver's license is required for all employees.
• Current PA State Appraisers License is required

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Periods of kneeling, bending, sitting and standing
• Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
