Production Associate $20-$22/hr Hampton, NH We are looking for a reliable Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll set up and run assembly machines, check parts for quality, and help keep our production floor running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Set Up & Run Machines: Use work orders and drawings to set up and run different assembly machines, from manual ones to fully automatic ones.

• Check for Quality: Inspect parts carefully to make sure they are made correctly and meet company standards.

• Fix Problems Quickly: Tell your supervisor right away if a machine acts up or a part looks wrong so you can fix it together.

• Keep Things Clean: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Share Your Ideas: Speak up if you see a way to make the job easier, faster, or safer.

• Help the Team: Help count inventory and pitch in with other tasks to keep the factory running smoothly.

The essential functions of this role include:
