Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417, United States Contractor – 4‑6 Years Experience Pay rate: $47 per hour Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or operations Minimum 5 years of supply planning experience; proven expertise in global supply chain management Advanced proficiency in SAP (APO, SCM DP/SP or similar); strong Excel and Power BI analytics Demonstrated experience in inventory management and network optimization Solid understanding of demand, supply, and transportation planning Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute global supply plans for assigned products to maximize customer service and optimize working capital. Translate business and inventory requirements into actionable supply strategies for the US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and CASAJ markets. Analyze and address long‑term product shortages by establishing inventory targets and supporting fair allocation strategies via LOTS and SAP. Adjust purchase orders, track shipments, and expedite orders to maintain optimal supply visibility. Ensure accurate planning master data management for effective information flow between regional teams and manufacturing plants. Lead monthly supply consensus meetings and participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Long‑Term Planning (LTP) processes. Monitor and achieve key global performance metrics such as back‑order rates, line fill, and inventory levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr Indotronix UK
