About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a deep passion for transformative leadership in a healthcare setting. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree is acceptable. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management role. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing hospital operations, budget development, marketing for service growth, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
