Check our website for more information: Position Overview We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead Mosaic’s marketing and drive customer growth. The ideal candidate should be able to move between long-term planning and hands-on campaign work while maintaining a high standard for creative quality and performance. This leadership role reports to the CEO and will own Mosaic’s overall marketing strategy, including customer acquisition, loyalty/retention, growth, lifecycle marketing, brand, content, digital channels, paid media, and seasonal revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in scaling e-commerce brands and omni-channel growth strategies. The Director of Marketing will manage the illustration, marketing, and design teams, and be accountable for translating company goals into clear marketing and growth plans. You'll build opportunities and marketing priorities, manage channel performance, oversee campaign execution, and deliver measurable revenue and customer growth. You will work closely with cross functional teams to shape company strategy, pricing and promotional decisions, product priorities, channel expansion, customer experience, and long-term brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Marketing and Growth Strategy Own Mosaic’s company-wide marketing strategy, ensuring all customer-facing initiatives support revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand value. Identify and evaluate new customer segments, sales channels, strategic partnerships, and business-development opportunities. Serve as a member of the leadership team, bringing customer, market, competitive, and brand insights into company-level planning and decision-making. Leadership Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, social media, content, website, partnerships, and seasonal promotions. Manage the illustration, marketing, and design teams, as well as all agencies and freelancers Establish operating rhythms for marketing performance reviews, campaign planning, revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. Create a culture of organization, urgency, accountability, continuous improvement, and attention to detail across all marketing initiatives. Revenue Analytics and Performance Define and monitor key performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, return on marketing investment, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, average order value, customer retention, and channel profitability. Partner with FP&A to develop revenue forecasts and regularly communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions to the CEO and senior leadership team. Own reporting across marketing performance, channel revenue, customer acquisition, retention, customer growth, and overall commercial performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 8+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related fields, 4+ years of experience leading marketing teams Experience owning marketing-driven revenue growth, marketing strategy, and annual planning. Demonstrated success growing direct-to-consumer revenue Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, brand development, and e-commerce. Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, retail, or premium lifestyle brands.
