Chiropractic clinic seeking a Receptionist to provide welcoming, professional front desk support while assisting visitors, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and supporting day-to-day office operations. This role also includes assisting with patient care and delivering helpful, customer-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk.
- Handle incoming phone calls using telephone systems.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Complete accurate data entry.
- Coordinate front desk activities and office support.
- Provide customer assistance and professional communication.
- Assist with patient care as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in reception and front desk operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using telephone systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional communication skills.
