Corporate Paralegal

$45–$52/hour DOE | Hybrid | Contract with Potential to Extend or Convert Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a growing technology company in Irvine, CA seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its Director of Legal. This is a broad, hands‑on in‑house opportunity supporting commercial contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, entity management, legal operations, litigation support, and other day‑to‑day legal department needs. Schedule Onsite Monday through Thursday in Irvine Friday is generally a shorter workday, typically wrapping up around noon Responsibilities Manage contract workflows, including intake, tracking, signatures, and DocuSign processes Support commercial contract administration, including NDAs and other business agreements Maintain and support the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management system Assist with CLM implementation, database organization, and process improvements Manage trademark and patent portfolio matters, including deadlines and coordination with outside IP counsel Support corporate governance and entity management matters, including annual filings, certificates of good standing, and routine corporate resolutions Maintain business licenses and registrations Assist with corporate transaction due diligence and document organization Manage subpoena intake and processing Assist with litigation hold notices and other litigation support matters Coordinate with outside counsel as needed Support insurance applications and policy renewal information gathering Process and track outside counsel and legal vendor invoices Maintain legal files, databases, and department records Generate reports using legal department systems and technology Assist with lease administration and facilities‑related legal matters Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials for the legal team Partner with internal business teams, executive leadership, outside counsel, and vendors Provide additional legal operations and administrative support as needed Qualifications 4+ years of paralegal, corporate legal, contracts, or legal operations experience Paralegal certificate is a plus Hands‑on contracts and contract administration experience Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management system strongly preferred Exposure to corporate governance, entity management, intellectual property, litigation support, or other corporate legal matters preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to independently manage projects, competing priorities, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working within a small legal department and supporting a variety of legal matters Experience with Conga, CSC, DocuSign, Salesforce, or similar legal technology is a plus Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve legal department efficiency is a plus This is a great opportunity for a corporate paralegal or legal operations professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and working closely with an in‑house legal team.
