As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the customer. Key responsibilities include customer service, using a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders, communicating order changes to the customer, making necessary adjustments to orders based on customer requests, auditing orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following, packaging, transporting, and loading groceries and merchandise from holding areas to the customers vehicle, minimizing shrink through careful handling of product, achieving productivity standards, sanitation, stocking, and food safety, gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside eStore, maintaining and stocking bag areas, returning product to shelf, transferring products from slot to slot to help free up carts, organizing carts, maintaining cleanliness within the eStore, and maintaining standards for safety and sanitation.

Qualifications and key requirements include being 16+ years old, customer service skills, communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Completion of all required training upon hire is also required.

Physical demands include performing in a fast-paced work environment which requires detailed work and precision, working with customers and staying attentive to their needs, working a flexible schedule based on business needs, working in varying conditions, constantly walking, reaching at various heights, occasionally sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pivoting, pushing/pulling with arms, twisting, pinching, performing fine motor movements, demonstrating the ability to lift 55 lbs, and managing in excess of 55 lbs. Use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day. It is the responsibility of each individual partner to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and/or carry, the partner must break the box down into lighter, smaller, more manageable components, or ask for assistance from another partner or a manager.
