About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of SMB Marketing with a focus on full-funnel growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives the acquisition, engagement, and retention of small and midsize business members. This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to unify the brand, build trust with SMB audiences, and create a full-funnel marketing engine that spans from initial awareness to renewal. The role demands a leader who can connect every part of the customer experience and turn potential into growth, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and continuous optimization. Candidates for this role must have a proven track record in marketing to SMB audiences at scale, with a focus on full-funnel programs that deliver tangible results. Experience in supporting large partnership programs and a deep understanding of the SMB customer journey are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an adept operator, and a keen listener, capable of building strong plans and executing them with a focus on the customer and the numbers. Success in this position will be measured by the improvement of the entire SMB customer journey, including conversion, engagement, and retention, and the ability to work closely with major consumer-brand partners to enhance program performance.
