About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Account Management to lead the strategic vision and execution of the enterprise account management organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving value realization, expansion, renewal quality, and executive customer engagement. This role involves leading a team of enterprise account managers, establishing and implementing customer engagement strategies, and building trusted executive relationships with key customers. The VP will also be expected to partner closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to maximize long-term customer value. Candidates for the VP, Account Management position at the company should have extensive leadership experience in managing enterprise account management or enterprise sales teams within a B2B software or SaaS environment. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, strategic business acumen, and a proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders. Experience in driving customer retention and expansion, as well as the ability to build and scale organizations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, be adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and have a strong technical curiosity, particularly in the areas of AI, enterprise search, and customer experience technologies.
