In the intensive care environment, the Critical Care Nurse Director will guide an integrated intensive care unit—an ICU/critical care unit built for complex cardiac, neuro, medical, and surgical cases—within a 600+ bed hospital that emphasizes community-focused care, rapid throughput, and coordinated specialty consults.
