Key Responsibilities: Work remotely with clients to plan and book their dream vacations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions. Provide personalized recommendations based on clients preferences, budget, and desired travel experience. Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to offer the best options to clients. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the booking process, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met. Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning or booking process and provide timely resolutions. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with travel vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and offers for clients. Continuously follow up with clients after their trip to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations. Knowledge of popular vacation destinations, hotel chains, airlines, and travel services. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to booking and coordinating travel. Proficiency with booking software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Familiarity with online travel resources and platforms. Must be comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or a customer service-based role is preferred. Experience in vacation planning, booking, or coordinating travel for clients is a plus. Knowledge of popular destinations in the U.S. and international travel is desirable. Working Hours: Full-time position with flexible hours. Must be available to work during core U.S. business hours, with occasional evening and weekend availability for clients in different time zones.
