Quick Facts Location: 1221 East Madison Street, Seattle, WA 98122 Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Outpatient clinic and call (7:00 am - 5:00 pm) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (4 days x 10 hours) Employment Type: Locum (full-time coverage required) License/Certs: Active WA state license or IMLC, BC with DEA Experience: Hematology Oncology, lymphoma and cell therapy experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) including health, dental, life, and vision insurance Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements if applicable Paid malpractice insurance Opportunity for overtime, sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling What You’ll Do Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care, including clinic visits, consults, and follow-ups Manage inpatient oncology patients and participate in weekend call pools Respond promptly to urgent and emergency calls during scheduled on-call shifts Communicate results and treatment plans effectively to patients and healthcare teams Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Document all patient encounters accurately and timely Support resident teaching and participate in clinical protocols and research as needed What You Need BC or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology, Board certification preferred Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington or valid IMLC certification DEA registration Lymphoma and cell therapy experience highly advantageous Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with high-quality patient care focus About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Seattle, WA, dedicated to delivering exceptional Oncology care. Providers will work primarily in outpatient clinics with scheduled call coverage for hospital oncology patients. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm, with one to two weekly on-call nights and shared weekend hospital call.
