Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a global leader in our field.The Senior Payroll Specialist serves as the Company's primary payroll subject matter expert and is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of all payroll activities. This position independently manages end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, payroll accounting, benefits deductions, regulatory reporting, and payroll system administration for a workforce of 500+ employees.Job duties include:Payroll AdministrationPayroll Tax Compliance & Regulatory ReportingBenefits & Retirement AdministrationGarnishments & Leave AdministrationPayroll Accounting & ReconciliationsPayroll Systems AdministrationAudit, Compliance, & Internal ControlsEmployee & Management SupportAccounts PayableGeneral Accounting FunctionsEducation / Experience & Skill Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, bachelor's degree preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of payroll administration experience supporting 500+ employees.Experience independently managing full-cycle payroll operations.Experience with ADP, payroll systems, timekeeping systems, and accounting software required.Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.Experience with payroll audits, payroll tax administration, and regulatory compliance required.Manufacturing payroll experience preferred.Strong understanding of Payroll laws and regulations, payroll taxes, wage and hour compliance, payroll accounting, and general ledger reconciliations.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.If you are an ambitious and driven individual who thrives on innovation and enjoys working in a team environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
