We are a premier NYC real estate firm looking for driven, licensed Salespersons to join our team. Unlike traditional brokerage models where you are left to fend for yourself, we provide our agents with guaranteed, company-owned exclusive listings. You focus on what you do best—negotiating, closing deals, and building client relationships—while we handle the inventory pipeline. What We Offer Guaranteed Exclusive Listings: Immediate access to high-volume, company-retained rental and sales exclusives across the boroughs. Competitive Commission Splits: High earning potential with performance-based escalators and no hidden desk fees. Comprehensive Marketing Support: Professional photography, floor plans, Streeteasy listing support. Key Responsibilities Represent the firm’s exclusive inventory with professionalism and integrity. Conduct property viewings, open houses for prospective renters. Manage the deal pipeline from initial inquiry to lease signing. Prepare and submit applications for management approval. Stay up-to-date on NYC housing market trends, neighborhood inventory, and local real estate laws. Qualifications & Requirements Must possess an active New York State Real Estate Salesperson license. Strong knowledge of the NYC geography and renting processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A tech-savvy mindset (experience with StreetEasy, Onsite a plus). Organizational skills for all avenues of the deal process. Entrepreneurial drive with a strong work ethic and impeccable time management. Commitment to abide by all Fair Housing practices.
