Join Our Team as a Specialist in Houston, TX!

We are looking for a dedicated professional to analyze and resolve Site Non-Conformities (NC) with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You'll be responsible for driving defect analysis, leading issue resolution, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to site. Collaborate with various functions to improve NC solution cycle time and reduce aging. This role is based in the vibrant city of Houston, TX, offering a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough defect analysis to determine root causes.
• Register analysis results accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with engineering or suppliers to evaluate solutions.
• Manage cost approval processes and approve sales orders.
• Implement solutions and document details systematically.
• Ensure compliance with cycle time resolution from start to finish.
• Lead FOC process application and report delivery for projects.
• Participate and lead NC meetings, providing necessary updates.
• Develop initiatives for SOS cell improvement with program managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in engineering or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in quality, non-conformity management, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Preferences:

• Experience in a quality/analytics function.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
• Knowledge of O&G products.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multi-functional communication.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
