Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC - Aurora

Department: Resource Management Team

Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Night Rotation

Pay: $20.26 - $26.34 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Evaluates and manages staffing needs for assigned departments and maintains all related records.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and manages staffing needs for assigned departments and maintains all related records.
• Compiles and reports current staffing situations to leaders
• Compiles and verifies the accuracy of payroll-related data and follows up on items of concern.
• Handles inquiries from staff and management on issues related to staffing and pay.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
