Senior Content Manager [Remote]

You will own the complete lifecycle of technical education content, from learning strategy and instructional design to production and delivery.

Accountabilities

The Senior Content Manager will take full ownership of assigned content projects, ensuring high-quality learning experiences from initial concept through final delivery. This role requires strong instructional design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate technical information into accessible and effective educational content.

• Own the full content lifecycle for assigned projects, including learning design, production, quality reviews, and LMS delivery.
• Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs tailored to different learner personas and skill levels.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create measurable learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical accuracy and learner relevance.
• Manage content production workflows, including scripting, multimedia creation, review cycles, and publishing schedules.
• Maintain quality standards across assigned projects, ensuring consistency in pedagogy, tone, structure, and learner experience.
• Develop instructor-led training materials, including storyboards, scripts, and supporting resources, in collaboration with training teams.
• Contribute to shared content standards, templates, documentation, and workflow improvements across the content organization.
• Track project performance metrics such as content releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and validation feedback.
• Use AI tools and emerging methodologies to improve content creation workflows and increase production efficiency.
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as LMS improvements, product launches, and multi-product learning programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced content professional with a strong background in instructional design, technical education, and content production. This role requires someone who can independently manage complex projects, collaborate with technical stakeholders, and create engaging learning experiences in a remote environment.

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage content projects end-to-end, from strategy and design through production and delivery.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to create learning experiences focused on measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing multimedia content workflows, including video, interactive learning materials, and visual assets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and transform complex technical concepts into accessible educational content.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize priorities, manage deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience with modern content creation and LMS tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows.
• Experience in cybersecurity, open-source technologies, or technical SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
