Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You’ll Do Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Oversee mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process piping systems Monitor and control project costs, change orders, and scope adjustments Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and industry best practices Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and field personnel to maintain transparency and alignment Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability across project teams Qualifications Mechanical Contractor Experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Skill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope and budget, and in the use of a computer and applicable software. Strong understanding and emphasis on Safe Work Practices and Quality Installations At least five years of related experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping. #J-18808-Ljbffr
