Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst who is eager to transition into a more technical role from a customer service or CSR background . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and learning new tools to support business decision-making.
You’ll work with internal teams to analyze data, build reports, and help identify trends that improve customer experience and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources
- Assist with tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs
- Translate data findings into simple, actionable insights
- Support process improvement initiatives using data
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service / call center / support experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset with interest in working with data
