What you'll do Develop and manage your own pipeline of personal and commercial insurance opportunities. Quote, present and place coverage through approved Capital Edge Firm carrier and market relationships. Maintain accurate client and opportunity records and follow agency compliance procedures. Provide responsive service throughout the sales, binding and renewal process. Complete carrier onboarding, training and licensing requirements applicable to the business you write. What we're looking for Active insurance license for the lines of authority you intend to produce, or the ability to obtain the required license before writing business. Strong communication, sales and client-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage follow-up consistently. Professional judgment and commitment to carrier, regulatory and agency compliance requirements. What Capital Edge provides 85% producer / 15% agency commission structure. Non-captive independent producer model. Producer-owned book treatment for Producer Clients under the Independent Producer Agreement. Access to Capital Edge Firm carrier and wholesale market relationships, subject to appointment and underwriting availability. Corporate email, onboarding resources and optional CRM access.
