Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Yuma, AZ. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for individuals, businesses, and other clients seeking wealth management services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, coordinating with advisors to develop and implement strategies, and clearly communicating recommendations and updates. The role involves managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience from onboarding through ongoing service. The Relationship Manager also helps identify opportunities to deepen relationships, supports client education initiatives, and collaborates closely with internal teams to uphold high service standards and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner. Sales and business development capabilities, with experience identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and supporting growth of client portfolios and firm revenue. Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail in documentation, account maintenance, scheduling, and follow-up on client requests. Knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services, and familiarity with retirement, trust, and corporate account structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with advisors, operations staff, and external partners. Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or client management systems; ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly. Demonstrated ethical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory and compliance standards in a financial services environment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred; relevant licenses or certifications (such as Series licenses or CFP®) are a plus.
