Human Resources Service Center Representative

This is an Hourly position. Overview Upon successful completion of six months in the role, hybrid work eligibility may be granted. We’re looking for someone comfortable in a high-volume HR Service Center, handling mission partner questions, resolving sensitive and complex issues by phone and case, and navigating multiple systems. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources. Responds to routine HR inquiries from Mission Partners, Leaders and Mission Partners by phone and email. Resolve issues and determine the escalation path if necessary after triaging the request or issue. Intakes requests over the phone from Mission Partners and Leaders into a queue for processing. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree OR High School/GED and 1 year of experience Experience: 1 year of experience in Human Resources, a call center, customer service, or other fast-paced support environment. A bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring the use of multiple computer systems, applications and resources simultaneously to research information and respond to needs. Experience: Experience managing a high volume of inquiries, requests, or transactions while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, documentation, and timely follow-up.
