About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates eager to begin their careers in a supportive clinical environment. You will play a key role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical limitations, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs
• Utilize standardized assessment tools and clinical techniques to establish baseline measurements
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment

Treatment Planning & Implementation

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, medical history, and patient goals
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
• Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback

Collaboration & Patient Care

• Work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to set realistic rehabilitation goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices
• Familiarity with home care practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
