Business Technology Sales Representative
JD Young is an Oklahoma family owned company that has been successfully in business for over 75 plus years. JD Young currently has an opening for a Business Technology Sales Representative in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. This individual's primary goal will be to drive growth in the Tulsa area and help local businesses find the right technology solutions, from printers and copiers to IT security and telecom products.
The Business Technology Sales Representative presents and sells company products and services to new and existing customers. This is an analytical and consultative selling position.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Prospect and contact current and potential customers
- Create and give incredible sales proposals while meeting agreed upon sales targets
- Database management
- Keep yourself update to-date on the latest and greatest changes in the industry
- Communicate with the sales team, manufacturer representatives, admin team and customers
- Provide on-going support and customer service post sale
What Are We Looking For?
Do you have extraordinary communication skills and like to help others solve problems while building relationships?
How about 2-3 years of outside B2B experience and outstanding prospecting skills?
A bachelor's degree is highly recommended. You will need strong negotiation and time management skills. You will need to be highly computer literate, including experience with Microsoft Office products. We are looking for someone who is out-going, self-motivated and really has a passion for sales.
