Responsibilities Manage full-cycle professional recruitment, from initial intake to offer acceptance, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality of hire. Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop competitive selling points, and implement consistent candidate assessment strategies based on thorough labor market research. Drive the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market and talent insights to guide decisions on sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team. Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology reviews, and the implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities. Execute innovative sourcing strategies (utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage targeted passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill metrics. Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company's employer brand assets and tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client-specific talent agendas. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience Experience with driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps, developing and implementing solutions, informed by data Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Corporate functions) within a large, global organization Consultation and influencing skills with a proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders. Knowledge of talent acquisition best recruitment practices and regional employment/hiring laws. Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc). Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States. Our current hybrid office structure is Monday-Thursday in person, with Fridays as a work from home day. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
