VP of Retail Growth 13-Store Leadership

Groundworks Industries is seeking a Vice President of Retail to oversee operations across 13 Electric Lettuce locations in Oregon. This role drives revenue growth, operational performance, and provides leadership to district and store teams. The ideal candidate has significant retail leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to improve performance in a multi-unit environment. A background in cannabis retail is beneficial but not required.
