JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead Metro One Security's national retail operations.

This executive leadership role will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across a complex, multi-site retail portfolio, with responsibility for operational excellence, workforce performance, financial accountability, client satisfaction, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven senior operations leader with extensive experience leading large-scale retail operations, geographically dispersed teams, and high-volume workforces. This individual will combine strategic vision with operational discipline to strengthen performance, develop high-performing leaders, optimize operations, and drive consistent execution across the organization.

Retail operations experience is strongly preferred, particularly within large-scale, multi-location environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for large-scale, multi-site or multi-regional operations.
• Strong retail operations experience preferred, particularly within complex, high-volume, multi-location environments.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple markets or regions.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing regional, district, or senior field operations leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce management, labor planning, staffing, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Proven experience managing large hourly workforces and driving consistent execution across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, productivity, and overall operational financial performance.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior-level client relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention.
• Experience utilizing operational reporting, analytics, performance metrics, and technology to identify trends and improve business performance.
• Strong ability to lead through change, establish operational standards, and drive accountability across geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent executive leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on business and client needs.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet all applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for national operations across a geographically dispersed portfolio of retail locations.
• Develop and execute national operational strategies aligned with company objectives, client expectations, financial targets, and growth priorities.
• Drive consistent execution of operational standards, service expectations, and performance objectives across all markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional and field operations leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior client leadership to strengthen relationships, understand evolving business needs, resolve operational challenges, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Drive workforce planning, staffing strategies, scheduling, labor optimization, and operational readiness across a large hourly workforce.
• Monitor operational performance through reporting, analytics, audits, and key performance indicators while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and execution.
• Manage operational financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, productivity, cost controls, and profitability.
• Establish clear performance expectations for field leadership and ensure accountability for operational, financial, workforce, and client objectives.
• Identify operational trends, performance gaps, and emerging risks while implementing proactive solutions and scalable best practices.
• Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operations have the resources and support required to meet business objectives.
• Provide executive oversight for new account implementations, operational transitions, expansions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Leverage technology, reporting tools, and operational data to strengthen visibility, improve decision-making, and drive consistent execution.
• Support client retention and organic growth by identifying opportunities to enhance service, improve performance, and expand existing partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory standards.

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Salary Range: $155,000-$170,000 per year
