Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Overtime required based on workload

Training Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM for the first 1-2 weeks

Job Summary:
Hiring experienced Order Selectors for a fast-paced warehouse environment handling hotel amenities and dry goods. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating a Double Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck/High Reach equipment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work with urgency in a production environment.


Responsibilities:

• Operate Double Electric Pallet Jack and Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Pick orders from floor locations and upper rack locations
• Select correct products from warehouse racking
• Label products using SOS label technology
• Build pallets and secure pallets to avoid tipping
• Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations
• Stretch-wrap pallets on loading dock
• Deliver completed orders to dock safely and efficiently
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience required
• Reach Truck / High Reach experience required
• Order selecting and warehouse experience required
• Must have experience operating stand-up equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (team lift for over 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace during the entire shift

Preferred Skills:

• Production or distribution warehouse experience

Important Requirements:

• Double Electric Pallet Jack experience must be clearly listed in job history on resume
• No gaps in employment history unless explained on resume
• Steel toe or composite toe shoes required on day one
• Candidates previously submitted to this manager will not be considered
