Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits
Travel: Up to 25% Nationwide

Our client is a manufacturer producing Acoustic and Thermal Solutions for OEMs across North America. They are searching for a Sales Rep to join their team ASAP!

Position Overview

The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across the United States. This role will focus on expanding business within established accounts while actively identifying and developing new customer opportunities nationwide.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proactive sales mindset who can effectively balance account management and business development with new customer acquisition. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to customers by understanding operational challenges, identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and driving long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the United States
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Prospect for new customers through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and market development activities
• Maintain regular customer contact through in-person meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry events
• Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, business needs, and competitive market conditions
• Partner with customers to provide product recommendations, technical solutions, and problem resolution
• Manage commercial aspects of customer relationships, including pricing discussions, contract support, margin management, and implementation of price increases
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, engineering, and leadership, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth goals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing customer opportunities
• Track pipeline activity, customer opportunities, and sales forecasts within CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Support product launches, promotional initiatives, and strategic sales programs
• Travel nationwide as needed to support customer relationships and business development efforts, up to 25%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales, account management, territory management, or business development experience within industrial, manufacturing, or related industries
• Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships while successfully developing new business
• Experience managing a large geographic territory or national customer base
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
