As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the service needs of customers and scheduling appointments
- Providing estimates and recommendations for repairs
- Explaining service options and costs to customers
- Coordinating with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
