Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing sports media and technology organization to hire a fully remote Customer Service Representative. This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and order management experience looking to join a high-growth organization with immediate hiring needs. Responsibilities: Process customer orders and fulfillment requests Create new customer accounts and subscriptions Manage account updates, cancellations, returns, and replacement requests Review and maintain accurate customer information within internal systems Monitor order status and proactively identify issues requiring resolution Investigate and resolve fulfillment and operational exceptions Partner with Customer Support, Fulfillment, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams Maintain accurate records and documentation Support enterprise customer projects and special operational initiatives Manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy Requirements: Previous customer service, customer operations, order processing, account management, or administrative experience preferred Experience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Key Details: Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $20-24/hour Employment Type: Contract Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
