2+ years of food and beverage experience required; prior leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality operation is preferred.

Thorough understanding of food and beverage techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 50 pounds.

Skilled in working efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
