Network Program Manager

Network Program Manager Responsible for managing the relationship between Kyndryl and the Network provider on the RTX account. Provides centralized oversight of multiple, interdependent network projects such as data center builds, network refreshes, cloud and hybrid connectivity, security enhancements, WAN/SD‑WAN rollouts, vendor transitions, and major operational improvements. Acts as coordination point between Network Engineering, Operations, Security, Application teams, Facilities, Finance, and vendors. Ensures dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints are identified early and actively managed. Responsibilities Oversee multiple interdependent network projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. Coordinate across cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Security, Application, Facilities, Finance, Vendors) to identify and mitigate risks. Maintain project documentation, manage timelines, budgets, and resource constraints. Conduct regular status meetings, update stakeholders, and manage escalation processes. Drive continuous improvement of network program management processes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting large, complex aerospace or defense enterprise networks. Familiarity with legacy network architectures and incremental modernization efforts. Experience operating within regulated, multi‑site, globally distributed environments. Proven ability to navigate account‑specific governance, escalation models, and stakeholder dynamics. Strong understanding of enterprise network environments (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless). Relevant IT service management or networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent). 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and providing quality services to customers. Knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors. Experience in incident, problem, and change management, and root cause analysis. Compensation & Benefits U.S. compensation range: $124,920 to $237,480 (base) with eligibility for discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off.
