Copy Editor - Lighting & A/V Product Descriptions 440 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001, USA Responsibilities The copy editor is responsible for reviewing and editing product descriptions, extensive specifications, and other related content for items in the assigned categories. This role requires a thorough working knowledge of surveillance systems, A/V products, lighting, and related equipment, along with familiarity with style guides such as CMoS and AP. In addition to editing, the copy editor must corroborate information created by various content teams with supporting documentation and work with the writing teams to ensure consistency and quality on our website. Qualifications Qualifications include: Experience reviewing and editing technical product descriptions. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, A/V products, and lighting. Proficiency with CMoS and AP style guides. Excellent attention to detail. Collaborative ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
