For this position, pay will be variable by location. - See additional job details and benefits below. The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations. They model and demonstrate leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods, and procedures, considering all stakeholders. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits through personal, people, business, and results leadership. Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service. Proven ability to develop a team.
