You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor.What Your Day-to-Day Looks LikeYou will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of our community-based operation. Once trained, you will:Meet face-to-face with business ownersand professionals to understand what their teams need.Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and scheduleTake full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.Build and manage your own client relationshipsFollow a proven sales process with daily activity expectationsParticipate in structured training, coaching, and leadership developmentWho We're Looking ForBackgrounds as warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers are a plusStrong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill setComfortable talking to new people and handling rejectionCoachable and able to follow a systemValid driver's license and reliable vehicleWilling to complete state licensing (full support provided)Why This Role Stands OutMonday–Friday daytime schedule (nights and weekends back)Real promote-from-within culture — advancement is based on results, not politicsSide-by-side coaching during onboardingCompensationUncapped commissions + bonuses.Target First-Year Range: $50,000 - $95,000+.
