Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's specific condition and goals.
• Implement and direct therapeutic interventions, ensuring consistent support throughout the patient's continuum of care.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, the use of therapeutic appliances, and home care routines to encourage active engagement in the rehab process.
• Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare team members to continually evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate therapeutic interventions and track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate patient care while coordinating activities with clinical colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Body Rehab Solutions, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, those with chronic pain conditions, and patients with acute injuries. Our focus is not only on the physical aspects of rehabilitation but also on understanding the emotional and psychological needs of our patients. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date.
• No prior experience is required; we welcome both new graduates and seasoned therapists looking to join our team!

Preferred Experience

While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in orthopedic physical therapy or those who have completed internships within rehabilitation settings will be given preference. Familiarity with innovative treatment modalities and therapeutic technologies will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
