Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to delivering exceptional patient care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administering therapeutic interventions, including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and activities of daily living training.
• Providing guidance in prosthetic training, gait, and functional training to enhance patient mobility.
• Educating patients and their families on tailored care plans to support recovery and long-term health.
• Maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure consistency in the quality of care.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university, or the equivalent in foreign education.
• Current California State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience
